How do I improvise on this eco-friendly project?
I have a project at school with a number of small projects in this eco-friendly, go green theme for the Club at school .. coz we can not do a great one (permissions problems). this has to be financially benifial the club and I have to come to funding.but up with can also be based community service in a Phase 1 - collecting newspapers, old bottles of jam, etc. and sell to recycling Stage 2 - Awareness programs .. as the placement of posters aroud the school, made in fabric instead of paper. Phase 3 - the sale of homemade organic friendly: cloth bags, green bracelets go saying made of wooden beads, etc. Other ideas? ways to improvise, so we have to cut?
I few things I can think of which may arise on Awarness are: ~ to buy things like clothes, paper, etc. are made of recycled materials to take shorter showers ~ ~ Turning off lights whenever possible ~ Buy one of stainless steel, reusable water bottle instead of using the normal plastic and then dispose of them. This can be cleaned and use a and over again! ~ Walking or biking whenever possible ~ Share, if possible else your group can do is to plant trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. around from home / school / etc to keep in the shade and use more air conditioning and make new plants to the environment! You could ask students and teachers to donate to school too. Good luck!
